Electrical Membership Plans & Benefits

Choose the maintenance plan that fits your home. Both options include electrical safety protection, repair savings, and priority service.

Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing. The SurePoint Shield Club is a preventative maintenance and customer benefits program and is not an insurance policy, service contract, or guarantee against equipment failure.

• Membership plans are available at current published rates, including monthly and annual options.

• Membership fees are non-refundable. • Membership automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

• Membership is non-transferable to a new property owner. Upon sale or transfer of the property, all membership benefits terminate immediately.

• Existing members may transfer their membership to a new residence serviced by SurePoint Electric LLC, subject to approval and inspection of the new property.

• A new homeowner may purchase a new membership at current rates and terms.

• Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty applies only to qualifying repairs performed by SurePoint Electric LLC while the membership remains active and in good standing.

• Any cancellation, lapse in coverage, declined payment, or non-renewal immediately voids all Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty coverage associated with the membership.

• Membership does not include free repairs, free materials, free equipment replacement, free labor, or free diagnostic/troubleshooting services.

• Annual inspections, panel tune-ups, generator maintenance, discounts, priority scheduling, and other benefits are preventative maintenance benefits only and do not guarantee against future failures.

• Member discounts apply only to repairs and services performed by SurePoint Electric LLC and may not be combined with other promotions unless approved by management.

• Customers enrolled in a monthly membership agree to maintain the membership for the full term. Early cancellation may result in immediate billing of any unpaid membership fees, forfeiture of discounts previously received, and termination of all membership benefits.

• SurePoint Electric LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

• SurePoint Electric LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from electrical equipment failure, utility outages, acts of God, lightning, fire, flooding, or conditions beyond its control.

The SurePoint Shield Club is intended to provide peace of mind through preventative maintenance, routine safety assessments, priority service, member savings, and enhanced warranty protection. By enrolling, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
